In-house fare loading
Many travel agents, OTA's and consolidators use an internal fare system when consulting fares or when booking tickets. Gateway is able to produce the most important in-house formats, thereby distributing them to travel agents and consolidators by order of the airline. In addition to the HitchHiker format for HitchHiker users, we also distribute fares in Stadaf and RFF formats.
Stadaf (Standard Dataset Flight) and RFF (Rich Flight Format) are open formats and are compatible with various in-house applications.
Gateway is able to process all the different types of fares:
- Non published (Negotiated, FIT, GIT, .)
- Corporate Fares
- Published Fares
- Marine Fares
The data entry process that Gateway uses for internally loading fares is unique and guarantees an extremely high quality.
After receiving the complete airline contract, the fares are entered by our experienced team, including all routing and ticketing information.
The unique aspect is that all data is always processed twice. Two employees independently process the same data. At the end of the data entry process the two files are compared. For this we use "comparison software". This guarantees extremely high-quality data.
This intensive process results in a high-quality database that includes:

- rules
- routings
- ticketing instructions
- customer-made information
