Ticket Automator Service
Many travel agents, OTA's, consolidators and tour operators still process their tickets for non-published fares and marine fares manually. This process takes up too much precious time. By making up the tickets manually, the chance of making errors increases and consequently leads to a large number of ADM’s (Agent Debit Memos). This service enables travel agents, tour operators and consolidators to create airfare tickets automatically, in a matter of seconds.
How does it work:
The manually constructed PNR is sent to a special queue in your CRS. The Ticket Automator picks up the PNR and automatically constructs the ticket adding all relevant information (nonref box, cp box, farebases, etc). In a matter of seconds, the PNR is being sent back to the travel agents queue. The ticket is now ready to be printed!
