The data entry process that Gateway uses for loading in Amadeus NegoFares is unique and guarantees an extremely high quality. The unique aspect is that all data is always processed twice. Two experienced employees independently process the same data. At the end of the data entry process the two files are compared and corrected if necessary. This guarantees extremely high-quality data. The data is then automatically loaded into Amadeus Nego Fares via the HitchHiker Amadeus XML uploader. The data is checked again in Amadeus Nego Fares and we perform random quotes.

For the loading in Galileo Agency Private Fares and Worldspan SecuRate Airplus we apply systematic and very accurate quality controls while entering the data and before the actual distribution to the market. We perform random quotes and check the margins and presence of all fares.
