Your job and responsibilities:

• You model the agreed business processes.
• You analyse the business requirements and translate them to a solution that serves as the base for functional designs and tests.
• You manage the functional specifications and the test plan to evaluate the solution.
• You assure the tuning between all involved parties, both external and internal.
• You make business analyses for custom development as well as for packet-based solutions.
• You analyse business-related change requests and issues during the execution of the project.
• Together with your colleagues you bridge Business and ICT.

Your profile:

• You have a professional Bachelor degree in IT or Economics, or comparable by experience.
• You are capable of translating complex processes into an understandable language.
• You work structured and process-driven.
• You are a motivated, communicative team player.
• You have the necessary knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques such as UML and BPM.
• You are capable to communicate with our clients in Dutch and English.
• Your trademarks are organisation, quality and the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Your knowledge of the travel industry is not a must but a plus.

Project Manager (M/F)

Mission:

• End-to-end management of projects in terms of organization, time, budget, information and quality control.
• Take care for project staffing and making high level decisions regarding the effective use of all resources involved: analysts, development, testing, infrastructure,...
• Responsible for making sure that a project meets its deadlines.

Your job and responsibilities:

• Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements and manages the constraints of the project management triangle: budget,time, scope (OTOBOS)
• Constantly keeps the broad picture in mind. Analyses critical paths in the whole, identifies dependencies and ensures alignment between different team members, in order for a smooth and uninterrupted progress along the project timeline.
• Provide project based direction and coaching to all involved team members.
• Maintains the project plan. Continuously identifies risks and suggests potential mitigating actions.
• Bridges the gap between the production team and client - Communicates with and manages the project stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Degree: master, university degree
• Languages: English, Dutch fluent
• Knowledgeable re. software development (+ 3 yrs. experience)
• Experienced as project leader in software development. Certified in project methodologies such as Prince2, PMP.
• Ideally, experienced in .NET environment and off-shoring development.
• Experienced: 3-5yrs junior, 5-7 yrs middle, 7+ senior.

.NET Team Leader (M/F)

Your job and responsibilities:

• You manage directly a team of .NET developers.
• You give technical advice to your team and the other IT departments.
• You develop software in .NET (C#) with the aim of implementing e-commerce and other web-based applications for the travel industry.
• You take care of the continuity and the coherence of the applications and assist the developers during the development and implementation phase.
• You communicate about the project with all internal and external parties involved.
• You are a team with the project leader and make sure that the assignments are delivered within the scheduled timing.
• You stay updated on the latest developments in the ICT industry.

Your profile:

• You have good people management skills and have several years of experience with managing a team.
• You have at least 5 years of experience with the development of web applications and at least 3 years of experience with development in C# (Visual Studio) combined with MS SQL Server.
• You have experience with the writing of complex and performing database queries (SQL).
• You have an excellent knowledge of .NET frameworks 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC2 and/or MVC3, C#, HTML, CSS, XML, web services and Javascript.
• You have a broad experience of object-oriented programming.
• You are analytic and you are a driven problem solver.
• You have good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken as written.

• You analyze and model (ERD, UML) existing and desired applications.
• You ensure the continuity and consistency of applications and assist junior developers during development and implementation phases.
• After a while you will grow to a position as .Net Developer.
• You communicate about the project with all internally and externally involved parties.
• You ensure that the assignments are delivered within the specified deadline.

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years experience in developing web applications.
• You have at least 3 years experience with developing in ColdFusion in combination with MS SQL Server .
• You have several years of experience in writing complex and efficient database queries (MS SQL), HTML/CSS, XML/SOAP, web services, Ajax and JavaScript.
• You are analytical and a driven problem-solver.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Your knowledge of the travel industry is definitely a plus.
