Fare Loading services

Gateway can load fares in different ways and distribute them to a CRS or offer them in a specific database format. By outsourcing fare loading and distribution to us, you can count on quality and precision. The cost structure and timing will be respected accurately. Our data entry services are available for airlines, travel agents, OTAs, tour operators and consolidators.

CRS fare loading
^

Gateway processes different types of fares, including published fares, corporate fares, market fares, marine fares, tour operator fares, etc.

  • The fare loading can be done via ATPCO, thanks to Gateway’s direct connection with the ATPCO database. This allows us to load fares simultaneously in all large CRS such as Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan and Sabre.
Gateway offers this ATPCO fare loading to airlines as well as travel agents, tour operators and consolidators.

  • Private fare loading is also a possibility. Non-published fares are loaded via the private fare program of a specific CRS of your choice, including Amadeus NegoFares and TravelPort programs (Galileo Agency Private Fares and Worldspan SecuRate Air Plus)

After loading the non-published fares and the published fares are visible in one fare display of the CRS. This makes it easy to compare all the available fares and book at the best price. The price can be calculated automatically for all the fares that we load. It is also possible to have the tickets drawn up automatically.

You determine who sees the fares; distribution can be selective.

In-house fare loading
^

Gateway can distribute fares to the in-house system of travel agents and consolidators. Corporate fares, market fares, marine fares, tour operator fares, etc. can be delivered in the most important in-house formats: HitchHiker (for HitchHiker users) and open formats like Stadaf (Standard Dataset Flight) and RFF (Rich Flight Format).

High quality data entry process
^

The data entry process used by Gateway guarantees very high-quality output. After receiving the complete airline contract, the fares (including all routing and ticketing information) are entered by our experienced team.

This process covers different quality control methods. One of these methods, used for in-house fare loading, is ‘double data entry’. The fares are processed by two employees independently then checked with special comparison software. Strict quality processes are also built into CRS fare loading.
