Your job and responsibilities: - Primary task is to sell our booking tools throughout the Kingdom of Thailand.
- Promote and sell travel agent tools and booking engines.
- Initiate marketing activities and identify areas of growth.
- Plan, prioritize, organize, and accomplish your own work.
- Analyze the market needs and translate them to headquarters.
- Represent Gateway on exhibitions and seminars.
- Based in Bangkok, you will visit prospects and customers to close deals, deliver account management and seek further opportunities for growth.
- Report to the Operations Manager.
Your profile: - Thai Nationality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales role, preferably in a tourism-related market.
- Highly sociable, excelling in initiating and maintaining contacts and relationships.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Strong contacts in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Good practical knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good Thai and English skills both oral and written. Other Asian languages are a plus.
- Sales Executive willing to travel upcountry.
- Work in a creative, highly ambitious, well disciplined, and internationally oriented environment.

Your job and responsibilities: - Assist domestic and international travel agents during their hotel booking process when using Gateway software and solving the issues they might have before, during or after their booking.
- Liaise with European headquarters on hotel bookings.
- Advise and inform our customers on our travel solutions via telephone, live chat, and Email.
- Update and safeguard our customer- and other content databases.
- Conduct the necessary administration on data and customers.
Your profile: - Excellent Thai and English language skills, both oral and written, are crucial. Any other Asian languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in an open and friendly way.
- Self-confident and problem solver.
- Willing to work on weekend schedule.
- Excel in initiating and maintaining contacts and relationships.
- Knowledge of principles and methods regarding customer care.
- Experience in the travel business is required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows environment.
- Swift and accurate typing skills required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Hospitality, and/or Business Communication is preferred.

Your job and responsibilities: - Administrative tasks, Handling mails and calls
- Follow up payment/collection and update/complete bank transaction and report
- Direct coordination with outsource accounting firm and supplier
- Report to Management
Your profile: - Graduated from overseas or able to communicate well in both Thai and English
- Experience as Secretary and /or Receptionist
- Strong analytical skills, administrative skills, accurate, decisive, creative and commercial feeling
- Proficient in the use of the PC, MS office (especially excel and word), and internet.
- Open, pleasant, and honest person
- Can work independent
- Financial insight (VAT, Withholding tax, and Social security knowledge)
